Fifteen FBLA students advanced to state competition following yesterday’s district sweep

Fifteen+FBLA+students+advanced+to+state+competition+following+yesterdays+district+sweep

Members of Rolla’s FBLA team competed at the district competition in Lebanon yesterday. Of the 20 who competed, 15 students qualified to represent the Bulldogs at the State Leadership conference later this spring.

The individual winners, along with their competition category, are as follows:

1. Elijah Heitman – Advertising (5th place); Global Business (1st place)

3. Cameron Copeland – Business Calculations (4th place)
4. Joseph Hawkins – Business Calculations (5th place); Insurance & Risk Management (5th place)
5. Micah Fisher – Business Ethics (1st place)
6. Aaron Haberman – Business Ethics (1st place)
7. Genevieve Wilson – Business Ethics (1st place); Business Law (4th place); Insurance & Risk Management (1st place)
8. Samuel Kimball – Business Law (3rd place)
9. Samantha DeBlasi – Business Plan (1st place)
