In case you missed it, on Feb. 1 the RHS wrestling teams hosted Glendale and Sullivan for the final home meet of the 2023-24 season.
Senior Ella Christopher made history by becoming the first ever RHS women’s wrestler to reach her 100th high school career win within the program. Teammates and fans filled the practice gym with support. Christopher cherished the monumental victory with coaches Marty Hauck and Angela Smith. Banners, signs and balloons were also presented in celebration.
The RHS wrestling team will face Districts competition Feb. 9 and 10. More wrestling coverage is to come.
